DNH Construction Limited is based in Plymouth, Devon and was formed by David Holmes in 1987.
We have a vast amount of experience working in various properties from grade 1 listed buildings, banks, schools, elderly person’s homes and insurance repairs in domestic and commercial properties.
We can offer a full range of services from small maintenance work to large projects up to £3m.

We’re kicking off a full restoration project following fire damage — and there’s a lot to tackle on this one:
✅ Full strip-out of the property (kitchen excluded) ⛔️
✅ Roof repairs 🛖
✅ Thermal fogging throughout 🌫️
✅ Complete electrical rewire ⚡️
✅ Brand-new plumbing system 💦
✅New ground floor and first floor bathroom 🚽
✅ Fresh render to the front and back of the property 🏠
✅Full decoration to the front, back and internals 🎨
As always with fire jobs, it’s not just about repair — it’s about restoring confidence, structure, and quality back into the space. These projects come with their own unique challenges, but it’s what we do best.
